In one gentle 90-minute sitting, Rajni Sharma — Registered Psychotherapist and Art Therapist — holds space for you to come back to your body without pressure, without performance, and without having to explain yourself to anyone.

Through somatic practices, nervous system education, and compassionate reflection rooted in racialized trauma sensitivity and healing justice, this session offers something that can be hard to find: a space that was genuinely built with your body, your history, and your pace in mind.

You don't need to be ready to heal. You just need to show up.
