Relational Healing as Collective Healing moves through the specific ways trauma lives in connection — in how we approach closeness, how we read other people's behavior through the lens of our own history, how we've learned to protect ourselves in ways that sometimes also keep us from what we most want. It's not about fixing those patterns. It's about understanding them with compassion, and beginning to make different choices from a more grounded place.
Through video lessons, somatic practices, and reflection prompts, you'll work through six areas: understanding relational wounds and where they come from, finding safety in connection, boundaries as a form of care and repair, rebuilding after betrayal, and what it means to heal not just individually — but together, in relationship, as part of a larger community.
